This is Tom. Tom lives in a small house. The house is neat. It is night time now. The sky is dark. The moon is big. Tom is very tired. He works all day. Now he wants to sleep. Tom walks to the kitchen. He eats a sweet apple. He drinks clean water. He washes his glass. He turns off the kitchen light. Now the kitchen is dark. Tom goes to the bathroom. He washes his face. He brushes his teeth. He puts on his pajamas. The pajamas are cotton. They are soft and blue. Tom looks at the clock. It is ten oclock. It is time for bed. Tom walks to his bedroom. He sees his bed. The bed looks warm. He stops near the bed. He thinks for a moment. Is the front door locked? He does not know. He wants to be safe. He walks back to the hall. The hall is quiet. Tom reaches the front door. He looks at the lock. He touches the door handle. He turns the door handle. The door opens! The door is not locked. Tom is glad now. He pushes the door shut. He takes the key. He turns the key slowly. The lock makes a click sound. Now the door is locked. Tom pulls the handle again. The door does not move. It is locked tight. Tom smiles with joy. He feels safe now. He turns around. He sees his cat. The cat is named Leo.
