Tom gets up today. It is a bright morning. The sun is warm. Tom walks into his room. He wears a blue cotton shirt. He sees his big desk. The desk is very messy. There are many things on it. Tom wants to work today. But first, he must clean. He looks at the desk. He takes a deep breath. He has a good plan. First, he sees many papers. The papers are everywhere. Some papers are white. Some papers are yellow. Some papers are old. Tom picks up one paper. He reads the text fast. It is not useful now. He puts it in a bin. He takes another paper. This paper is important. He finds a small box. The box is made of wood. He puts the paper inside. He stacks all good papers. They look very neat now. The pile is nice and straight. Next, Tom sees his pens. There are ten pens on the table. They are scattered all over. One pen is red. One pen is blue. One pen is green. Tom tests the red pen. The red pen works well. He tests an old black pen. The black pen has no ink. He throws the old pen away. He finds a ceramic cup. The cup is clean and tall. He puts all working pens in it. Now the pens stand together. He finds a wooden ruler. The ruler is long and thin. He lays it beside the cup.
