A long time ago, in a village at the edge of a forest, there lived a girl named Mira.
വളരെക്കാലം മുമ്പ്, ഒരു കാടിന്റെ അരികിലുള്ള ഒരു ഗ്രാമത്തിൽ, മീര എന്ന പെൺകുട്ടി താമസിച്ചിരുന്നു.
Mira was not tall and she was not strong, but she was very kind.
മീരയ്ക്ക് ഉയരമുണ്ടായിരുന്നില്ല, അവൾ ശക്തയായിരുന്നില്ല, പക്ഷേ അവൾ വളരെ ദയയുള്ളവളായിരുന്നു.
Every evening, her grandmother gave her a small lantern.
