Every evening, her grandmother gave her a small lantern.

The lantern had a warm yellow light.
Lucerna měla teplé žluté světlo.
Mira carried it to the edge of the village and hung it on an old wooden post.
Mira ho odnesla na okraj vesnice a pověsila na starý dřevěný sloup.
Why do we do this every night?
Proč to děláme každou noc?
Mira asked.
zeptala se Mira.
Her grandmother smiled.
